What should I do if my package says it was delivered but I have not received it?

If your order is marked as delivered but has not yet arrived, it's possible the package is still in transit. We recommend checking with neighbors or around your property, as deliveries are occasionally left in the wrong location. If the package doesn't arrive within 3 days of being marked as delivered, please reach out to us at your@storyd.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue. Kindly note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
