How do I return an item?
All Storyd items are made to order just for you based on your personalization and we want nothing more than for you to love them. We're all about 100% happiness guaranteed.
If your piece arrives in less-than-perfect condition or you are unhappy with it, you can make a return within 14 days of the delivery date and receive a refund minus any shipping fees. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags.
We pack every order with care, but once in a while a shipping mishap or production hiccup sneaks through. If your item arrives damaged or defective, just snap a few photos of the product and its packaging and send them along with your request. Those pictures help us understand what went wrong, get you a full refund (shipping included) and fine-tune our process so future orders are even better.

What is the status of my order?
All Storyd items are made to order just for you based on your personalization. During pre-order periods for Friends and Family events or exclusive launches of new products, preordered items are expected to ship within 8 weeks but may ship sooner. We will keep you up to date on your order and shipping.
How can I change my order?
To ensure our incredible customers receive the highest quality personalized pieces within our stated made to order timeframe, most orders start production immediately after they're placed. As a result, we're unable to cancel orders or make changes, such as applying discount codes, adjusting personalization and customization, or removing items, once the order has been submitted on our website. Feel free to reach out to us at your@storyd.com and we'll try to do our best.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All Storyd items are made to order just for you based on your personalization and begin the production process almost immediately after being submitted. Our commitment to you is to have your pieces made within a week of ordering and then shipped; during a preorder period we aim to ship within 8 weeks. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking and approximate delivery date. Delivery dates are based on shipping carriers and form of delivery.

How do I care for my Storyd pieces?
To care for your Storyd pieces please machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water or hand wash. Line dry. Do not iron and do not use bleach or chlorinated detergent.
